37.5 hours per week
Permanent Contract – 5 days per week, to include Sundays

This is an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful Retail team in one of our busiest and most successful stores. You will need a creative “can-do” attitude, with plenty of ideas and a proactive approach. You will have a genuine passion for retail inside and out bringing your personality and creative flair to this already interesting and eclectic environment with a vintage vibe.
You will require strong leadership skills, have experience managing a large team and reporting to your line manager, whilst building strong relationships with teams across the organisation, creating a smooth running operation that reinforces the reputation of Rowcroft within the community.
You will do much more than just meet expectations. Instead, you’ll provide a bespoke service to customers, whilst you take enormous pride in maintaining high standards, driving sales and hitting targets, with a thorough knowledge of brands, products and trends.
