37.5 Hours per week (5 days to include Sundays)
Salary : Up to £17,500

This is a key role, providing support to our Managers across all of our shops. You will help maintain the look, presentation and performance of our shops in the Managers absence. Whilst delivering high standards of customer service and motivating a team of volunteers. Ability to adapt to each shops individual criteria. Ranging from, boutique to vintage to high street fashion and furniture. Whether you are looking to further your career, or give us the benefit of your experience. We would love to hear from you!
The ideal candidate would have:
- Managerial or supervisory retail experience
- Creative flair for visual merchandising
- A comprehensive commercial approach. Working towards targets and KPI’s
- Driven, hands on, flexible, and hard working
- Good organisational and IT skills
- Good leadership, and motivational skills
- Catering experience desirable
- Ability to travel to all our shops
