The Hospice provides complex symptom control, facilitates discharge home and care in the final stages of illness. The 12 bedded Inpatient Unit is supported by a strong multidisciplinary team and enjoys an enviable nurse to patient ratio. Previous experience in palliative care or a related speciality would be desirable but as important is a passion for quality in care and the belief that the patient and their family are at the centre of everything we do.
We provide a comprehensive induction to specialist palliative care, with ongoing development opportunities for all staff.
There are many benefits to being a Rowcroft employee. For more details of staff benefits, please look on our website under ‘Working for us’.
For an informal visit or discussion, please contact Inpatient Unit Manager Sister Sue Harvey or Deputy Inpatient Unit Manager on 01803 210800.
Please Note : Applications will no longer be accepted once we have received 50
