Fundraising Administrator

Salary : In the region of £18,000

Maternity Cover : 12 Month Contract


Rowcroft Hospice is looking for an experienced administrator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to join the Fundraising Team for a 12 month period of maternity cover.


You will work closely with the Friends & Family Fundraising Manager to form a small team, complemented by a wider Fundraising Department. With the emphasis on administrative support, you will be well-organised and have excellent IT skills including MS Office and ideally some experience of working with a database.


You will have experience of working in a customer service focused environment as the role involves direct contact with supporters by mail, phone and face to face. Sensitivity, diplomacy and tact are essential for this role as many of the hospice’s supporters are bereaved with direct experience of the hospice’s services.
