Eric Lloyd & Co Estate Agents has made their final presentation of £1,410 to Rowcroft Hospice taking the direct total raised during 2017 to £4,176.

The fund raising for Rowcroft covered a variety of aspects including a donation of a percentage of commissions from sales of properties listed in the first part of the year as well as a sterling effort by the team of our ladies in the annual mid-night Sleep Walk.  As well as direct fund-raising Eric Lloyd & Co supported the Galmpton Open Gardens in June which raised over £1,000 mainly in support of Rowcroft Hospice, sponsoring the Greenway Singing Night in August raising funds for the Hospice and “shaking the buckets” at the Galmpton Bonfire Night in aid of Rowcroft Hospice.

An enjoyable end to the year of support for Rowcroft was a trip on the Rowcroft “Steam and Carols” train in December.  Bill Bye, director of Eric Lloyd & Co, commented that “Rowcroft Hospice is dear to the hearts of many families in South Devon, with its outstanding care provided to patients at the Hospice itself as well as its outreach services and support to many more patients and families in the wider community.  We set a target of raising £5,000 at the start of the year, a total we have met through our direct fundraising and support and sponsorship of local Rowcroft community fund raising events.”

Eric Lloyd & Co Estate Agents will continue to support Rowcroft throughout 2018.
