About the Event
Running/walking on the beach is harder than you think, but we reckon it will take around an hour and a half (some people will be quicker, some will be slower)!
The event village opens at 9am for warm up and registration. The Rowcroft Colour Rush 5k will start at 10am, followed by our legendary mass paint throw on the beach and an afternoon of live music including Buried Hedz, Kaizens and Rich Cottell.
There will be merchandise to buy including official Colour Rush t-shirts, sunglasses, head and wrist bands.
If we have stock then yes! Just give the team a call and we can arrange for your items to be posted or sent to your nearest Rowcroft shop.
If you haven’t received your pack please contact the Events Team by emailing [email protected]. They will either be able to track your pack down or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
It’s three days before the Colour Rush and I haven’t got my Colour Rusher pack, what should I do?! +
It may be a little too late to post your pack out now, but please contact the Events Team by emailing [email protected] and they will arrange for you to pick your pack up on the day. Just head to the help desk on The Den in Teignmouth on your arrival.
Sorry you can’t make it to the Colour Rush. Places are transferable up until Friday 27 April 2018, as in the terms and conditions; please contact the team to let them know of any change of details.
Your brightest whites of course! But feel free to think outside of the box, perhaps come in fancy dress… the choice is yours. Remember you will be pretty colourful by the end. You will be running on the beach so please wear appropriate footwear and refrain from wearing flip flops or bare feet.
No worries. On your arrival head to the help desk on The Den and they will arrange a replacement one for you. We don’t use timing tags but you should expect to receive your walker number in the weeks leading up to the event.
Enclose the cheque with your sponsorship money and we can bank it and add the amount to your final sponsorship total.

No, but make sure you dress comfortably and wear appropriate footwear, not sandals or flip flops. There is also a strong possibility you will get paint on you, how much is dependent on the role, but also the wind direction. It is suggested to bring a towel or something similar to sit on for when you’re driving home.
