Donations:

We are not usually able to give refunds for donations. But if you have made a donation in error, please contact our Fundraising Team as we may be able to refund the donation less any charges we have incurred.

Event registrations and ticket sales:

We do not usually give refunds for these. Please refer to our published terms and conditions for the specific event/ticket sale and contact our Fundraising Team if you have any queries.

Rowcroft shops:

Our shops have their own refund policies. Please contact the shops manager directly with any queries.
