Music Therapy

Music therapy offers the opportunity to express thought and feelings that may be hard to put into words, providing the time and space to look at what is happening and how you respond to it.

This is done by giving space to explore creativity in a safe, confidential environment.

As with Complementary Therapies there is more information contained in our fact sheet, which is available to download.

"To find a place where my husband could be encouraged to enjoy music-making with a like-minded person, within a caring environment, was a wonderful discovery."
