Music Therapy

Creative therapies offer the opportunity to express thought and feelings that may be hard to put into words, through music.

The creative process of playing or listening to music can provide the time and space to look at what is happening around you and how you respond to it.

This is done by allowing you to explore creativity in a safe and confidential environment.

There is more information contained in our fact sheets, which are available to download on the left.

"The music gets into my body and dissolves all the tension, I can feel all the parts of me coming into focus."
