- To consider the impact of disease, illness and disability on a person’s sexuality, sexual functioning and intimate relationships.
- To share and explore ideas about how health care workers address sexuality as part of holistic care.
- To discuss and share strategies about how professional carers negotiate normal social and sexual boundaries and the impact for people approaching the end of their lives.
This workshop incurs a subsidised fee of £50 per person (payable before the workshop date) and will include a light sandwich lunch
Alex Moseley – Psychotherapeutic Counsellor in private practice, currently working with patients at a local cancer centre and with a background in training and delivering sexual health services & Kerry Macnish – Rowcroft Head of Education
