Your feedback on our services is important to us. If you have any feedback such as compliments, comments, suggestions or complaints that you would like to share about your experience of our services, please do talk to a member of staff, or you can contact us using the options below.

Whatever your experience of Rowcroft – whether as a patient, carer, supporter, customer, volunteer, or in any other capacity – we very much hope that it is the best it can be. If we don’t meet your expectations or we exceed them, then we want to know about it. We welcome all feedback and recognise this is essential to continuous improvement for all of the services we provide.

To contact us with your feedback, suggestions or concerns relating to your experience of our services you can:

  1. Speak to a member of staff, who will listen to what you have to say and try to resolve any problems. If they are unable to help, they will explain the next steps available to you.

Raising concerns or making a complaint

We understand that it can be difficult and distressing to complain about care or treatment, particularly if you do not feel well or have recently lost a loved one. We will support you as much as possible by talking to you about your concerns and trying to resolve them. We can provide access to interpreter services if you need them.

Our aim is to treat any concern or complaint in the strictest confidence, and in a courteous and open way, so that we understand your concerns and respond to them promptly and thoroughly.

If there is something you are not happy about, please tell us as soon as possible, so we can investigate while the experience is fresh in people’s minds.

You can raise concerns or make a complaint by calling us on 01803 210844, writing us a letter (this can be posted, handed in at reception, passed it to any member of staff), or by sending an email to feedback@rowcrofthospice.org.uk.
