This includes people with long-term health conditions. If you require Rowcroft Hospice to make any reasonable adjustments at interview, please advise us prior to your interview.
Only relevant convictions and other information will be taken into account in the recruitment and selection process so disclosure need not necessarily be a bar to obtaining this position.
If you declare a criminal record and we believe this to have a bearing on the requirements of the post, we will discuss the matter with you at interview. If we do not raise the record with you it is because we have taken the view that it should not be taken into account in deciding your suitability for the post. An enhanced DBS Disclosure will be sought for the successful applicant where necessary.

Enhanced disclosures contains details of all convictions held on the Police National Computer including current and 'spent' convictions, details of any cautions, reprimands or final warnings, records held by local police forces and information held by the Department of Health of those considered unsuitable to work with vulnerable adults.
