Rowcroft's Care
Rowcroft is an adult-only hospice, caring for patients aged 18 and over. Care is given through a 17 bed in-patient unit, a lymphoedema clinic, community and outpatient services. The hospice cares for around 1000 patients each year.
Some people only access one of Rowcroft’s services, whilst others might access all of them as their condition advances or becomes more complex and they need a greater level of care.
Quality Account 2010 - 2011
The following account has been developed by Rowcroft’s quality and patient safety group members in collaboration with staff and trustees. Where possible we have used patient and family feedback to provide evidence of the quality of care provision. Rowcroft Hospice recognises the importance of patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient (and family) experience as key quality indicators.
