Creative Therapies

Creative therapies offer the opportunity to express thought and feelings that may be hard to put into words, through music and art.

The creative process of painting, drawing, playing or listening to music can provide the time and space to look at what is happening around you and how you respond to it.

This is done by allowing you to explore creativity in a safe and confidential environment.

There is more information contained in our fact sheets, which are available to download on the left.

"The therapist uses the piece of art I'm working on to ask questions and lead our conversations in a subtle way, allowing me to talk about all aspects of my life in my past; what's bothering me; my fears"
